Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our creations, turnaround times, and shipping options.

Because our mums are meticulously handcrafted with complex custom elements, we recommend booking as soon as the homecoming calendar is announced. For local schools like the Grape Creek Eagles and San Angelo Central Bobcats, slots fill up rapidly during peak weeks. We require a minimum of two weeks' notice to accommodate custom text and braid assemblies.
Absolutely. We design and ship custom homecoming mums to schools all across Texas. We take packing very seriously: each mum is secured inside a heavy-duty, custom-sized shipping box where the main backing board is anchored to prevent any shifting during transit. Your mum arrives fluffy, organized, and ready to wear.
Unlike mass-market or pre-fabricated craft store options, our custom mums are designed as high-quality keepsakes. We utilize heavy double-layer ribbons that create a fuller, weightier look, along with specialty hand-woven braids. Every detail, name cutout, and activity accent is tailored specifically to each order, reflecting the individual student's hobbies and personality.
