I’ve been making things by hand my whole life. When my grandkids reached homecoming age, my son Caleb handed the tradition to me, “Here, Mom. I know you can do this.” That’s how 828 began, and every mum is still designed and built by my own hands right here in San Angelo. And honestly, the best part of making each one by hand is seeing someone light up when they put on a mum made just for them.
